We endeavour to keep our inventory up to date on the site but orders and stock adjustments occur in real time. We suggest you regularly check our website to keep up to date with the latest news and availability of our products.
If the item you are interested in is out of stock, but has the Coming soon option, you can provide us with your email address and we will let you know if it is available again in the next 15 days.
If it is not restocked within this period, the subscription will expire and you will have to re-register it. This process does not reserve the item.
On some items, we may display a low stock message. If any of them are of interest to you, we encourage you to buy them so that you don't miss out.
Bear in mind that the items in the basket are not reserved. If your basket includes items that are no longer available, we will notify you so that you can remove them and complete the purchase of the other items.
If you notice a mistake with your address you must email us at hello@artfactorylondon.co.uk to amend this immediately. As little as an hour after an order has been placed, it is possible that your order has already been fulfilled.
If you provide an incorrect address and the courier is unable to deliver, we will not be able to send out a replacement product. Please get in touch with us to arrange a solution. Please ensure the address you provide is correct before placing your order.
Likewise, if a carrier attempts delivery of a sweet order more than three times and you are not in to receive this, it could be returned to sender. At this point we will not be able to re send it free of charge. Please contact us in the event there is a problem with your delivery.
After your payment is verified, it may take as little as 24 hours to process, ship or even deliver your order if you choose priority delivery at checkout and it is a product we hold in stock that does not require customisation. Some of our products are available for delivery next day not including weekends or public holidays.
Purchases made after 12 PM will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 12 PM on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday. Bespoke products such as art commissions, personalised gifts and hand-made furniture take considerably longer.
Approximate delivery times for these items will be outlined at the commencement of the project and delivery times will be affected by the approval process during production.

In the event you wish to cancel your order, we will try to accommodate your request, however once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel or modify the purchase. If this is the case, please refer to our return instructions once you have received your order.
‘Unfulfilled’ just means that we successfully received your order and it is being processed. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number and your order status will change to ‘Fulfilled.’
If your order was unexpectedly cancelled, the chances are that our suspected fraud activity filter marked your order as potentially fraudulent. If you are certain that that is not the case, please order again with a PayPal account. If you do not have PayPal, you can easily sign up at www.Paypal.com.

Our shipping fees are based on packaging dimensions, parcel weight and delivery speed. We deliver to most of the UK using a variety of carriers including DPD, Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DPD, UPS, Yodel & Evri.
We offer express services as well as economy delivery services. We offer free shipping on orders valued over £100 ex VAT. These orders will be delivered free of charge using standard delivery. If you spend over £100 ex VAT and require priority delivery services, you will have the option to request express delivery at an additional charge.
When you buy extraordinary products from us, we work hard to ensure your order is received promptly and in perfect condition.
We have tried to make calculating and understanding the cost of your delivery very simple.
Our product delivery prices vary depending on the size of your order. We calculate the cost of product deliveries based on the total weight of an entire order (including packaging).

If you order ANY products between 2KG up to 5KG the postage, packing and delivery will cost £8.99

If you order ANY products between 5KG up to 10KG the postage, packing and delivery will cost £9.99

If you order ANY products from 10KG up to 15KG the postage, packing and delivery will cost £11.99

We always want you to be happy with your purchases, so if your item is damaged or not as described on our website on arrival, then we will be happy to issue a refund provided the item is returned to us within 14 days. Please contact us to arrange a return.
Please note that any refund or exchange in cases when you wish to return due to a change of mind, the refund will cover product costs buy will not include the cost of outbound or return shipping. We are unable to offer refunds for customised and bespoke goods unless they are defective or damaged in some way.
Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.
To start the process please contact us at hello@artfactorylondon.co.uk with your order number and photos/videos to show any damage/issues with the product and we will work towards a speedy resolution.
In all cases, the items returned must be in the original condition and the goods are your responsibility until they reach ArtFactory. Please ensure you package your return using the original packaging to prevent any damage to the items.
We do not offer a free returns service and we advise you use a recorded method of carriage to return the goods as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or delayed in transit on the way back to us. We will process your return within 72 hours after reception. The return will be subject to inspection and authorisation before an appropriate refund payment will be made.
Off-the-shelf items purchased on artfactorylondon.co.uk are refundable but must be returned within 14 days if they are damaged or the item is not as significantly described on the website. Items must be returned in the state they were received.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if any of the returned goods have been tampered with or opened or that is custom made or ordered by us specifically at your request. We will issue refunds from the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
Customised products include any products that are configured, personalised, or inscribed; for example, engravings, stamps, monograms, embroidery, embossing, etching, carving, illustrations, painting commissions or printing.
Custom products are not returnable but may be refunded or replaced within 28 days of delivery if the products are damaged/defective upon arrival, or materially different from what was ordered. Please contact us in the unlikely event an item is received damaged.
In the unlikely event you receive a damaged item, please reach out to our Customer Support team at hello@artfactorylondon.co.uk or via the contact form here and they will help resolve the issue.
Once you notify us that you would like a return, we will contact you within 48 hours to arrange the next steps.
Once your return has been received and checked by the warehouse and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you by your original payment method. Please be aware that payments can take up to 7 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping.
After we have issued the refund, it will take up to 3 business days for the funds to be placed back on your credit card or Paypal account.
Please note: we are unable to refund customers for bespoke products such as personalised art commissions.
